POSITION: LANDS CLERK
HOUR OF WORK: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT (35 HRS/WEEK)
REPORTS TO: LANDS MANAGER
WAGE RANGE: $25 - $30 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Lands Manager, the Lands Clerk provides administrative support, and other planning assistance for land use, lease management, land management and protection, and associated services for the Tsawout First Nation Lands Department.
The Lands Clerk is responsible for clerical matters related to Tsawout First Nation Lands Department. This includes coordinating all filing and organization of completed water and land referrals documentation, land development applications, as well as providing technical and administrative support for Lands Department. Direction is provided by the Lands Manager in collaboration with the Tsawout Nation Land Management Committee.
